Vanguard Projects LLC is proud to announce, that after a 12 month maintained pursuit efforts involving meetings, white papers and working sessions, that we now have a new fully executed contract with a Nigerian Indigenous Oil and Gas Corporation, headquartered in Port Harcourt (with additional offices in Lagos) to complete Project Shaping through Anchoring (including Transaction Advisory) and then Construction by "Modified PMC" for one large, and 5 smaller Oil and Gas based Industrial parks to initially be located in the Rivers State. The larger location will include a 300,000 BPSD refinery, a Fertilizer Plant, and a Petro-Chemical plant, with a captured gas fueled power station to include a Mixed-Use , Mass Housing complex for several thousand construction and industrial operators and other related employees within the holistic project complex. The five (5) smaller projects will still be based upon an industrial park with modular styled refinery and smaller Mixed-Use Mass Housing complex.

Once signature has been received on all anticipated work orders, the overall holistic project will be approximately 7-8 years in length with an estimated $20 Billion USD TIC, which will have a significant cumulative and positive affect on the economy eventually for all nine (9) of the Niger Delta States.
